Aggressive: characterized by or tending toward unprovoked offensives, attacks, invasions, or thelike; militantly forward or menacing.
Annoyed: to disturb or bother (a person) in a way that displeases, troubles, or slightly irritates.
Collaborative: characterized or accomplished by collaboration.
Customs: a habitual practice; the usual way of acting in given circumstances.
Embarrassment: the state of being embarrassed; disconcertment; abashment.
Equality: the state or quality of being equal; correspondence in quantity, degree, value, rank, or ability.
Minimize: to reduce to the smallest possible amount or degree.
Oblivious: unmindful; unconscious; unaware (usually followed by of or to).
Promptness: done, performed, delivered, etc., at once or without delay.
Rituals: of the nature of or practiced as a rite or ritual.
Task: a definite piece of work assigned to, falling to, or expected of a person; duty.
Valuable: having considerable monetary worth; costing or bringing a high price.
